Cancelling

I'm searching the entire site and can't find any information on cancelling, yet I was charged for a second month memership without anything alerting me they were planning to do this. There is no information in the help section or any section on cancelling, or anything in my dashboard.

Adding custom styles to ads

Hello,

I was wondering if there is an official way to ad custom styles to ads.

I just need a class name for the ad's surrounding shell div that I can specify in my css files so that I can add some style elements, specifically a small border shell around the ad and information about width and height so that the page doesn't appear to jump around when the ad is loaded.

Normally, I would just surround the ad in my own div and style that div. However, for iSocket, I need for the styles to only take effect in the event that an ad actually appears on the site, as there would otherwise be large blank spaces on the site (I have purposefully chosen to not specify any sort of remnant ad option, as a I want to make all the ads on my site buyable exclusively through iSocket).

Ad Not Showing

We have six ad blocks setup and running. The Leaderboard banners are not rendering on our site. We have pasted the code from the iSocket admin panel, but it just will not render the ad.

Our site: http://noisetrade.com

On the footer of our site there should be a banner to the right of the "become a fan on Facebook" button.

Banner Ex: https://www.isocket.com/adzone/B32BCW2H55

And ideas?

Thanks!
