Hey Scott!

A click is an actual engagement a person makes with the mouse, an actual click on a banner ad or text link.
An impression is how many time an ad (banner) was delivered. Usually equal to or close to amount of page views. More abou that is here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impression_%28online_media%29
CTR is short for Clickthrough rate - basically how many times a click is done to the amount of impressions. More about that is here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clickthrough_rate

Hopefully that answers your questions, and if you don't mind us asking - are you interested in becoming a seller (publisher) or buyer? Let us know how we can help!
