All of the publishers that are listed in the BuyAds marketplace allow advertisers to use static images for their creative. Flash creatives are also allowed if a publisher chooses to do so. If you would like to use a Flash creative for one of your campaigns and aren’t sure if the publisher allows it send them an email and I’m sure they’ll be more than happy to talk to you about it.
