In the order fulfillment tool (which you find after clicking the green "New Order" button) we offer the option called "To be decided" for you to configure a campaign and have the advertiser send the payment.
For example, let's say you talk to an advertiser on the phone and they want a 45-day campaign at some discount rate. You can provision the order in isocket, and then click on the "To be decided" radio button in order to send that order to the advertiser, who will ultimately send in the payment via check, bank transfer, PayPal or credit card.
