Flash ads can be used by buyers.  We leave that option off mainly for safety since Flash can be used by rogue people to inject malware into sites, etc..   Our team must turn it (per ad zone) on for Flash to be enabled.  

We would hope that any publisher (seller) who requests this feature turned on, knows the buyer (advertiser) before asking for this.
